  • Strong knowledge and experience (minimum 2 years) of Hubspot across the entire product stack (Sales/Marketing/CMS)

  • Experience of customer service/success ticketing systems (preferred Freshworks product suite)

  • Demonstrable track record of successful CRM project implementation and maintenance (analysis, cleansing and update CRM data to ensure high-quality data standards)

  • Experience in implementation and management of 3rd party software integration and functionality.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and analysis

  • Ability to keep an overview of a variety of business applications and a willingness to explore integration opportunities

  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working methods

  • Excellent communication skills and hands-on mentality

  • An ability to deal with the interplay of different user groups, especially customers and warehouse partners

  • Team player, flexible, with a high willingness to learn

  • Full professional proficiency in English

your area of responsibility

The mission of this role is to support and lead on the creation of an internal “shared view” of Byrd’s customers and partners through the best practice use of our CRM tools and processes

The purpose of this role is to create a healthy marketplace organism by reducing complexity and streamlining processes through effective use of Hubspot and therefore guarantee user satisfaction (customers, byrd’s warehouse partners, and employees) by allowing them to focus on productive, growth related tasks.

This is what you will do:

  • Our CRM (Hubspot) including users administration is efficiently managed and configured

  • Act as an advisor to internal teams, helping them to achieve their desired outcomes with Hubspot

  • Processes are efficiently designed and implemented into Hubspot

  • There is an overview of different efforts directly or indirectly related to Hubspot that are being pursued across the company, and supporting their alignment and correct prioritisation

  • Manage data clean-up projects and activities

  • CRM best practices are understood, adopted and adhered to across the organisation

  • Workflows, and key processes are documented, measured and improved.

  • Internal users are fully trained on the system training, and are provided administrative and operational support

  • Ability to understand when complementary and how tools or product features are required to further enhance Hubspot efficiency

  • Troubleshoot user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the CRM

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including onboarding of new users

  • Create training resources, instructing the team on best practices and how to use the CRM

  • A continuous improvement roadmap is adopted across the organisation to support the achievement of customer and partner success metrics

  • Integration and development requirements for other internal and third-party systems are written, and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement.

  • Gather users feedback and ideas to improve existing features and design new ones

  • Automation and other process improvement opportunities are continuously implemented
