At least 3-5 years of combined product management in software development.
Shown success in building B2B web applications.
Experience conducting end user/customer/partner/developer interviews.
Strong communication and the ability to present to and work with executives, partners, users/customers and internal teams (i.e. CS, Engineering, Support, etc.)

We’re expanding our Product department, and we are looking for a collaborative self-starter to join our industry-leading Product Management Team. With a truly differentiated solution across multiple product lines, in a fragmented and exciting market, there are many interesting and complex problems to solve here at Bloomreach. The salary is starting from 2 600 € per month, depending on your seniority level, along with stock options and other benefits. Working in our office in Bratislava, Slovakia or Brno, Czech republic or remotely (based in EU). Could you be the one?
As a Product Manager at Bloomreach, we require someone who has already established themselves with the skills and confidence to work on complex enterprise products, while collaborating closely with multiple groups in multiple geo locations across various time zones. Product Managers at Bloomreach seek to deeply understand our customers, what their challenges are, and what makes them successful. Our desire to connect with customers and help them meet their goals is at the heart of everything we do.
Your job will be to:
You will re-imagine how people from different functions within their organization engage with our various product lines to personalize their eCommerce experiences.
Study customers, empathize with their challenges, understand how to help them be successful.
Strong collaboration with PM, UX, Engineering, and other internal teams across multiple geo locations and time zones in order to create ideal solutions that will delight users and keep them coming back.
Prioritize what needs to get done versus what could be done.
Interact with customers as often as possible—through user interviews, user testing, and wherever else you can find them—to understand unspoken, unmet needs.
Understand the problems behind requests of internal business stakeholders and customers by distinguishing symptoms from core problems.
Work with other product managers and the business to articulate the product strategy and features.
Work with Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and other teams to manage beta programs and to ensure that new features get rolled out and adopted by our customers.
Be the expert who can help customers, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other groups with questions about your feature areas.
