your area of responsibility

  • As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Bitrise you will:

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the environment and accompanying tech stack

  • Proactively identify and assist with data governance projects

  • Handle the installation and integration of packages in Salesforce

  • Assist with the technical assessment of new tools to be acquired and integrated with salesforce

  • Optimize and bring best practices into our Salesforce environment

  • Adapt and evolve our Salesforce environment to handle new products, sales processes and other changes

  • Create and publish release notes & necessary training material

  • Participate in occasional sales support requests including CPQ and deal closure errors, troubleshooting system issues, etc.

  • Manage the Jira sprint for salesforce projects
