6 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience, at least 3 of which were in a leadership role
Multi-year experience in a startup or scale-up environment
Experience in SAAS and/or developer tooling
Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability
Strong program management / process execution skills, and highly detail oriented
Ability to evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on context and expected ROI

Create, track and improve on a portfolio of leadgen initiatives
Attract, coach, and empower talented individual contributors for the demand gen team
Manage and facilitate the demand gen team’s agile marketing process, and the planning, standups and reviews associated with that
Bring your experience and expertise in demand generation to conversations around Growth strategy that will scale Bitrise to a billion dollar company, and beyond
Work closely with your peers in Sales to ensure commercials targets are met, and their insights incorporated in our campaigns
Collaborate with your peers in Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Content to ensure our efforts are as effective as possible
Track and report on demand gen metrics
Make mistakes, learn from them, and improve
