  • You have 2 years of experience in a similar position or are a fresh graduate with end-of-study internships

  • Excellent organizational capacity and priority management

  • Attention to details and problem solving skills

  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in Dutch & English – A good level of French is appreciated

  • Possible travel to our offices in Jette, Belgium

your area of responsibility

Within the Commercial Team and reporting to the Sales Manager of the BeNeLux division, the Sales & Office Assistant will oversee the following missions ;

As Sales assistant, reporting to Sales Manager Benelux – Office & Traditional market, giving support to the Benelux Sales team (80%)

As Office Assistant, reporting to the Sales and Office Manager BNL, taking in charge facility management for the Breda office (20%)



1) Sales support:


Support the Sales Manager in giving administrative support to Benelux sales team:


  • Develop documentation & presentations on agreed promotions

  • Develop & provide information to customers: samples, product pictures, product description, …

  • Give logistical support in organization of fairs

  • Manage (end-)consumer complaints according to processes in place

  • Sample management: in charge of stock management + sending of samples to customers

  • Manage GDSN publications



2) Receptionist / Office coordination


Actively support in the day to day office management of the Breda and Jette office:


  • Manage reception desk: incoming calls, manage daily mail (incoming & outgoing), welcome visitors, prepare meeting rooms, …

  • Manage facilities with internal / external suppliers: Office cleaning, Office Equipment, …

  • Ordering office supplies



3) Additional tasks:


  • Manage Newcomer and Leaver procedures (PC, badge, Welcome to BIC,…)
