  • Several years of leadership level experience in a product focused multichannel environment

  • Proven track record of value creation, based on content related KPI's

  • Strong understanding of which content is needed to achieve high conversion rates in the DTC and marketplaces business

  • Proven track in building scalable processes by making use of automation, such as e.g. automated content maintenance across channels and countries

  • Hungry, driven and able to elevate across different levels, from strategic clarity, architectural of the process and the organization to a deep detail level by SKU business performance understanding

  • Ability to manage a high degree of complexity of a global multi-country, multi-category, multi-brand, multi-channel business

  • Living a high degree of accountability and culture of data & metrics across teams

  • Hands-on approach to the role, resilient mindset, collaborative approach to working with other stakeholders

  • Possess a natural curiosity to introduce new ideas and question the status quo

  • Living brand and product content as a conversion maximizer

  • Leading BBG’s content creation and creative team in text and visuals

  • Ensure highest standards to content with constant evolution and being at the cutting edge of global content trends

  • Living a culture of never ending testing & optimization and applying best in class content to the possibilities and requirements of BBG’s channel landscape of marketplaces and trade partners

  • Working closely with the product development team in order to ensure that product features are communicated adequately to the customers across channels and countries
