is looking for you!

your area of responsibility

Our business is growing fast, and the complexity of our corporate structure is increasing in tandem. To become the one-of-a-kind company we’re shooting for, our processes need to be absolutely, unfailingly immaculate. Put your organizational skills, your team-oriented nature, and your pragmatism to work, and help us understand how to best achieve our ambitious goal.

A few examples of your responsibilities:

  • Analyze our internal structure, processes, and objectives to understand where and how to take action to improve our efficiency and agility.

  • Help define the most relevant objectives and KPIs to focus on, as well as better ways to quantitatively and qualitatively track results, so that we make the best decisions possible.

  • Determine and collaborate with the key stakeholders of our most important processes, and ensure we’ve got all the right tools to help them excel.

  • Plan and oversee projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and dependencies are properly managed. Do so by setting update meetings, by tracking and resolving day-to-day issues, and by keeping collaborators informed.

  • Foster a fantastic atmosphere within your team, creating an environment that boosts flexibility, innovation and cooperation.

the benefits

  • No micromanaging. Be the owner of your effort—from day one, you’ll be one of the team and fully trusted to take responsibility for your tasks. You’ll have every incentive and opportunity to make a real impact.

  • Real impact. Our internal processes and operations are becoming more complex—and crucial—by the day. You'll work on ambitious projects, and your contribution will significantly impact the success of the company at large.

  • People who lift each other up. We hire for talent and leave divas at the door. You'll find a group of truly talented Spooners who are eager to learn and teach their secrets, likely to be some of the brightest and nicest folks you’ve ever worked with.

  • Continuous education. We pay for your Italian/English language lessons, but that’s not where it ends. If you make a good case for some extra learning, we’re delighted to foot the tab.

  • Unique career opportunity. By joining a fast-growing company that sets out to become one of the world's greatest within the vast, booming mobile market, you get a golden chance to turbocharge your learning and career.

  • 🌎 Full remote / work from anywhere. Spend as much or as little time in our Milan office as you choose (even no time at all, if you’d prefer). Many Spooners like to change up their environment and get out of the city whenever the mood strikes. Every day, you’ve got the freedom to decide where today’s office is.

  • Flexible schedule. Our regular hours are 9-6 GMT+1, but this isn’t a “clock in, clock out” company. Morning person? Start work while the world’s still sleeping. Night owl? Ramp things up while others are winding down. You’re fully trusted to create the right conditions for your own personal peak productivity. We only ask that you’re available to your teammates a good chunk of the day. That’s why it’s generally best to be based somewhere with a similar time zone—between GMT-2 and GMT+3.
