your area of responsibility
You will lead multiple cross-functional product or platform teams.
Together with the team leads and product managers, you will ensure that all objectives are clearly defined and communicated to the team and the team is involved in all phases.
Together with the CTO and other engineering managers, you'll work on defining and implementing processes across engineering.
You will lead and inspire teams of engineers in their day-to-day work, personal development, scrum ceremonies, and career growth.
You will be the magnet for new team members, and will build, scale, and lead teams to success.
