your area of responsibility
:Join the PR & Marketing team as a working student for up to 20 hours/week.
Support in the development and execution of communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
Create and manage content for our website, our Linkedin account and the alcemy newsletter.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of PR and marketing campaigns.
Research and prepare content related to sustainable concrete, Greentech, and decarbonization.
Support the organization of events and our webinar of the alcemy academy.

Within the first month, you will...
Go through the onboarding process and familiarize yourself with the team, our mission, products, and customers.
Immerse yourself in our communication strategy and learn how to tailor our story for specific target audiences.
Create your first LinkedIn content and assist in writing articles.
Within three months, you will...
Take ownership of exciting individual communication projects with our customers.
Manage campaigns using our Pipedrive tool and take responsibility for the alcemy newsletter.
Create and design content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
Write articles about our mission and products for trade journals.

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, PR, Media, Marketing, or a related field at a German university.
You are a good communicator.
You have a passion for sustainability and Greentech topics.
You have good written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
You are creative and have a keen sense for compelling storytelling.
You have a proactive and structured work approach with a high level of initiative.
Even better:
You have experience with social media platforms and programs like Canva.
Previous practical experience in communication, PR, or marketing is a plus.
