your area of responsibility
Take charge of opening (11.00 am) and closing the store (18.00), ensuring everything is prepped, tidy, and the shopfloor is always looking sharp for the next day.
Be the face of air up®, engaging with customers, explaining Scentaste® technology, and recommending flavors to elevate their experience.
You ensure customers feel welcome, cared for, and leave happy.
Manage product trials at the trial station and maintaining hygiene.
Process orders via Shopify, restock shelves, and keep the store fully stocked and organized.
your profile
Previous experience in retail and hospitality (optional): While it's a plus, your ability to connect with your customers and create memorable experiences is what truly matters.
Customer-focused: You're the face of air up, and making sure customers are happy is your number one priority.
Independent and proactive: You thrive on working independently, staying on top of tasks and taking the initiative.
Detail-oriented: You have a keen eye for what customers need and wish for, always finding small tweaks that make their in-store experience even better.
Great communicator: You love interacting with customers, ensuring no question goes unanswered, whether in person or in writing!
