You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of Corporate Communications either in an agency, or in an in-house environment, ideally in the tech or start up area
You have outstanding writing, editing and messaging skills in German and English and are not afraid of data
You have a proven track record of managing crisis communications and reputation
You have the ability to work cross functionally and to build impactful messages and communications tactics
You are experienced in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and can prioritize at all time
You are used to effectively collaborating with communications agencies and different teams
You are curious and a creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset - you get things done

your area of responsibility
You work in close collaboration with the Head of PR and the Corporate Communications team (Internal & External)
You shape air up's corporate narrative, steering up all corporate content and transforming it into valuable PR strategies, communication assets and press talking points
You become a champion of our core topics and accompany the Communications' Team in their quest to excel in all markets and fronts
You raise awareness around air up's corporate excellence in all EU markets and in the relevant channels
You implement proactive and reactive communications guidelines You drive the crisis communication strategy and tactics, handling sensitive and confidential information and providing council
You define a global thought leadership plan for our Exec team
You engage with corporate, financial, business media and other external stakeholders in DACH and across our different markets. Ideally, you have contacts among that press sector
