You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
You bring at least 5 years of experience in controlling or FP&A, ideally in an internationally oriented e-commerce company, and have solid experience in setting up controlling and budget processes
You implement quickly and develop faster, always with the ambition of meeting the needs of the company in the best possible way
You are an outstanding analytical thinker with strong business acumen and the unique add-on of an entrepreneurial mindset
You never stand still. You define the most pressing topics easily and are able to kick-start any project quickly by yourself. A hands-on, 80/20 mentality completes your profile
You love interacting with diverse stakeholders and sharing your financial knowledge

your area of responsibility
You are responsible for the controlling for the sales and marketing department of the European entities
You develop the sales and marketing budget & controlling process to achieve higher efficiency
You are responsible for the midterm budget (next 12 months) and especially for the sales and marketing part of the European entities
You work on company-wide projects
You ensure the quality, informative value and consistency of the prepared data
You are the sparring partner for the controlling team in the US
You act as a financial business partner for our marketing and sales department to provide further financial insights
