You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in the field of economics, media or communication science and have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in the area of (employer) brand management, digital and performance marketing or social media
You are passionate about employer branding and outline your passion for creative and intelligent communication
You know how to steer projects in an international context and bring them to success
You have an innovative thinking approach with the goal of reaching different target groups
You have an excellent MS-Office knowledge, ideally you worked with a project management tool, and you feel comfortable using English as a corporate language

your area of responsibility
As a part of our strong People & Culture department, you will allow external stakeholders to understand how amazing it is to work at air up and consider us as an awesome place to work. From strategic base lining to operational implementation: You own the Employer Brand!
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the conception, strategic development and implementation of the entire Employer Branding Strategy in all analogue and digital channels
You derive suitable measurements to bring the EB strategy to life on all ends and ensure continuous evaluation and effective performance controlling of all communication measures and channels
You lead employer branding related projects (e.g. Work-New, internal workshops) within an international context and bring them to success
You are responsible for strategic cooperation’s (e.g. University’s, job platforms, employer branding platforms etc.) and evaluate them continuously
As an interface between our Marketing and People & Culture department, you develop innovative and target group specific campaigns to attract the best talents from all over the world
