You are currently enrolled at university or have recently graduated in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or in a related field
Maybe you already have some practical experience as an Application Manager, Automation Manager or Product Manager
You show hands-on experience with machine learning and process flow design
Your strengths include strong analytical skills, the know how to derive recommended action plans and outstanding commitment
Full professional fluency in German and in English is essential
A high degree of willingness to learn and to integrate, the ability to work in a team in combination with curiosity and a good sense of humor complete your profile
You possess excellent communication and data storytelling skills

your area of responsibility
You analyze, define & improve our customer service workflows and processes
You configure our customer service helpdesk software and implement improvements
You analyze, optimize, and build our chatbot flows
You evaluate other service channel platforms and support the implementation (e.g. WhatsApp)
You train our Customer Engagement AI machine
You interact closely with our customer care managers to identify pain points and improve the reactions and processes of our Bots & AI machines
You document methods & processes in our knowledge base
You work closely with our Third party partners and report directly to the Customer Operations and Engagement manager
