Collaborate with your team to manage all operational HR tasks across national and international settings.
Take charge of coordinating job interviews and telephone screenings independently, overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations, utilizing data to inform decision-making processes.
Be the primary point of contact for our teamies in the office, maintaining our office environment ensuring it remains conducive to productivity and well-being.

your profile
You are in the final stages of your studies or a related field, or have recently successfully completed them.
Ideally you already bring experience from a previous internship or any other kind of working experience
You speak very good German and English in both speaking and writing
Your working style is characterized by a structured and precise approach, collaborative thinking, and a strong sense of accountability.
Absolute trustworthiness are indispensable in this position.
