your area of responsibility

  • You develop and implement a comprehensive retail expansion strategy in a sales channel ecosystem next to our D2C core to increase air up's presence in brick-and-mortar stores across Europe, including identifying key retail partners and negotiating agreements.

  • You cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, collaborating on marketing campaigns and ensuring compliance with standards.

  • You oversee product placement, merchandising, and inventory management to optimize retail partner relationships.

  • You provide strategic guidance and direction to internal teams, monitoring performance metrics to track effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams comes natural to you, as you will align retail initiatives with company objectives and ensure successful execution

  • You conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the retail landscape and capitalize on them for growth

your profile

  • You have at least 7+ years of experience in retail in the FMCG or beverage sector, ideally in a management position

  • You are a strong sales talent that combines strategic thinking, financial acumen and a relentless drive to execution

  • You foster the growth and cohesion of a high performing team through effective leadership and development strategies

  • You demonstrated extensively your ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners and built a network across Europe

  • You have a proactive and goal-oriented way of working as well as the ability to work under pressure and successfully implement complex projects.
