your area of responsibility

  • You combine customer data, insights from consumer research and our markets with your existing knowledge of CRM best practices to define our global CRM strategy and long-term vision

  • Your strategy drives retention through the activation of new customers, reactivation of lapsing/churned customers and engagement with active customers to build brand advocacy and encourage growth through word of mouth

  • You ensure that we deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time to delight them with engaging content and encourage them to take the right action at that point in their air up lifecycle

  • You build and lead a team of CRM professionals by setting up systems that provide a clear focus on how to achieve success within their role and enable CRM to reach our long-term vision

your profile

  • You have at least 7+ years of experience in operational loyalty management and excellent technical knowledge of CRM in the FMCG or beverage sector, ideally in a management position

  • In your last jobs you gained extensive experience in B2C, especially in high volume eCommerce businesses

  • You foster the growth and cohesion of a high performing team through effective leadership and development strategies

  • You are an exceptional leader and have a proven track record of working in a Matrix organization

  • You have a proactive and goal-oriented way of working as well as the ability to work under pressure and successfully implement complex projects

  • You are excellent in English (written and words), fluency in German is a plus
