  • You have successfully completed studies in economics, business administration or comparable practical knowledge and experience or vocational training

  • You gained 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of CRM

  • You are passionate about CRM and you are very keen to develop your knowledge

  • You are experienced with an ESP, preferably with Klaviyo

  • You have a passion for details, and you manage to work with tight deadlines without compromising on quality

  • You are fluent in English

  • You have experience working within a matrix organization or in a multi-language and multi-country role

your area of responsibility

  • You work alongside senior team members and key stakeholders to localise and improve cross-channel campaigns and automations across multiple markets (within Europe)

  • You collaborate and support on overall CRM strategy topics with the Head of CRM and Senior CRM managers

  • You manage projects end-to-end: from initial concept through all stakeholders until go-live

  • You work alongside country business development managers to identify CRM opportunities and problems in their market and then build and execute solutions to this problems

  • You work alongside our campaign manager to execute campaigns within our CRM Tool (Klaviyo) and our other channels paid social etc.
