Liaison for central IT- and operational processes of the company (Austria & Switzerland)
Support of internal stakeholders with their questions and challanges regarding IT Systems that are used in the company (SAP, MS SQL Datenbanken, MS Office, Google Suite, Oracle, Sage DPW)
Technical support of network patches of our server and network infrastructure; of work desks and telephones; ensuring IT accesses, settings of mobile devices (Smartphones, Tablets, Intelligent Hub); support with central ERP Systems and Data Warehouse; support with our digital workplace (Google Suite)
