Im Beratungsgespräch zeigst du Technologie- und HR-Prozesswissen in internationalen Großprojekten bei der Implementierung cloudbasierter Human-Capital-Management-Lösungen mit SAP SuccessFactors oder implementierst Lösungen mit SAP HCM
Du erarbeitest kreative Lösungen, mit denen du für leistungsfähige Personalprozesse bei unseren Kunden sorgst und ihnen so einen Wettbewerbsvorsprung verschaffst
Du übernimmst die Team- bzw. Projektleitung und betreust den kompletten Projektzyklus.

Relevantes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Themenfeld sowie Praxis in HR-Implementierungsprojekten
Prozesskenntnisse im HR-Umfeld und Know-how in einem der beiden Tools: SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM
Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
Reisebereitschaft um beim Kunden vor Ort zu arbeiten
Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Kundenorientierung
