your profile

  • You have a work permit for the EU

  • You have a commercial or technical professional qualification

  • You have at least 4 years of experience as an employee of a financial service provider (e.g. bank, insurance company), in customer service, or in a lawyer’s office

  • You have very good knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g. MS Office)

  • You have experience in ICT support (an advantage)

  • You have no problem communicating with customers in German

  • Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage, especially English

  • You are friendly and stress resistant

  • You have good verbal and written communication skills

  • You have a very high service orientation and customer focus

  • You are an organizational talent and performance-oriented

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, online chat or social media

  • Provide solutions to issues Enter, maintain and monitor customer master data as part of the onboarding process (including KYC/AML checks)

  • Analyze, evaluate and prepare information for auditing and reporting purposes (financial institutions, FMA …)
